Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: 08-10-2025

  • Cancellations up to 31st December 2025: A 25% deduction will be made from the registration fee.
  • Cancellations on or before 31st March 2026: A 50% deduction will be made from the registration fee.
  • Cancellations on or before 30th April 2026: A 75% deduction will be made from the registration fee.
  • Cancellations after 30th April 2026: No refund will be provided.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Organizing Committee. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after the conclusion of the conference. Transaction or processing fees charged by the payment gateway are non-refundable.
