Dear Friends and Colleagues,
It is with great pride and immense pleasure that I welcome you to MISSABCON 2026, being held in conjunction with the 26th PASMISS and 5th COSSCON, in the beautiful city of Chennai.
This prestigious event brings together some of the brightest minds in Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery from across the globe. Over the course of three days, we will engage in meaningful academic discussions, share transformative surgical experiences, and explore the frontiers of MISS through innovative technologies and evolving techniques.
Our goal is simple yet profound to enhance surgical outcomes and improve the quality of life for our patients. Through collaboration and collective learning, I am confident that MISSABCON 2026 will leave each of us inspired and better equipped in our pursuit of excellence.

We’ve meticulously curated a scientific program that promises to be both enriching and insightful. Dear all,
The confluence of greatest minds of Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery from ten countries is going to happen in Chennai in 2026. I am delighted to invite all of you to the 12th MISSABCON, 26th PASMISS and 5th COSSCON at the vibrant city of Chennai, on behalf of the organizing committee and Chennai Ortho Spine Society.
With the sole aim of providing the best results to our patients, we all must endeavour to better our knowledge and skills. The coming together of PASMISS, MISSABCON and COSSCON is a profound step in realising this aim.
It is going to be a fantastic knowledge sharing opportunity, with immensely experienced faculty coming together to bring us up to speed with the ‘state of the art’ of minimally invasive spine surgery.
The program is being designed to be a platform for the experienced as well as the young spine surgeons to showcase their work in emerging techniques and technologies, contest for the prestigious awards and network with the leaders of the field of MISS.

You are invited to PASMISS 26 & MISSABCON which will be held at Chennai India, on 23/24/25 July 2026.
This is a special occasion to where people who managed spine problems, from different disciplines from various part of the world meet : neurosurgeons ,orthopaedic surgeons and pain specialists.
Sharing of experiences from different perspectives with different approaches and using various techniques will surely an exciting adventures and definitely will help in the understanding and treating spinal pathologies in more holistic and broader dimension.
Minimally invasive surgery has now become a gold standard and will remain gold standard in future spine practice. With the use of endoscopes with new imaging like 3D/HD, 4K/3D, & 8K/3D, which offer a new depth and an inside enlightened view into the narrow , previously not easily reachable corridors of spine.
The main hurdle in treating degenerative spine pathologies seems to be treating pathologies at various stages, ages, with different ways. The Congress will help us to know about these difficulties with understanding of basic principles, and how to manage complications or in a way reduce or prevent complications to prove that it’s an golden standard now. We will ensure that this meeting takes place in a very cordially and friendly atmosphere , allowing fruitful exchanges of information and opinions.
