1. Registration

Registration for MISSABCON 2026 is considered complete only after full payment of the applicable registration fee.

All delegates must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

The registration fee includes access to scientific sessions, delegate kits, lunch, and refreshments as specified in the conference program.
2. Payment

All payments must be made through the official MISSABCON 2026 payment gateway or other authorized channels.

Any additional bank or transaction charges will be borne by the delegate.

Confirmation of registration will be sent via email upon successful receipt of payment.
3. Refund & Cancellation

Cancellations and refunds will be processed as per the Refund and Cancellation Policy mentioned on the website.

Requests for cancellations must be submitted in writing to the organizing committee before the applicable deadline.

Refunds, where applicable, will be made after the conclusion of the conference.
4. Substitution of Delegates

Substitution of registered delegates may be permitted upon written request to the organizing committee.

The substituted delegate must belong to the same organization or institution.
5. Program Changes

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to make changes to the conference program, speakers, schedule, or venue without prior notice if circumstances require.

Any such changes will be communicated on the official conference website.
6. Liability

The Organizing Committee and the Chennai Ortho Spine Society (COSS) shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during the conference.

Delegates are advised to arrange their own travel and health insurance.
7. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for conference-related communication and organization.

MISSABCON will not share delegate details with third parties without consent, except as required for official conference purposes.
8. Code of Conduct

All delegates are expected to maintain professional behavior throughout the conference.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to deny admission or remove any participant whose conduct is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
